Getting the news in the modern world is a necessity, but how one gets it is completely up to them. Out of a poll of 59 people at Providence Academy, this is what they said about how they get their news.

A few responded about what influences their choice in news sources.  They brought up factors such as: availability, political bias, ads, popularity, and credibility, among other things. This shows that there is a very broad spectrum on why people prefer certain news sources to others.
